To activate your new Debenhams Card, login into newday.co.uk/debenhams and Enter the 16 Digit Card Number. Enter your Cards Expiry Date (MM/YY). Finally click on Continue Button.
Registering for your Online Account Manager allows you to take control of your account whenever and wherever you can get online. Head to login and follow the onscreen instructions. Remember, you’ll need your card or account number to hand. Debenhams have sent your account number in your welcome communications, and it can also be found on your monthly statement.

Your phone
We will send you a one-time passcode (OTP) to your phone.
Your online registration number
This is the 6 digit code we sent you via email and letter when you applied for the card. You can still register if you do not have it to hand.

How do I activate my Debenhams card?
1. Visit the Site https://portal.newdaycards.com/debenhams/register
2. Now Enter your Personal Details like Last name and Postal code.
3. Enter the 16 Digit Card Number.
4. Enter your Cards Expiry Date (MM/YY)
5. Lastly click on Continue Button
If you have a Debenhams Credit Card you can still use it wherever you see the Mastercard logo. Points, however, can no longer be earned on new purchases.

All new customers automatically receive eStatements. eStatements give you the same information as paper statements, but you view them in your Online Account Manager rather than receiving a paper copy by post. eStatements are free, secure and come in the same format as traditional paper statements. Can I receive statements electronically?
Yes, you can stop receiving paper statements by switching your ‘Statement Preferences’ to eStatements in your mobile app or Online Account Manger. Visit account settings to change today.
How often do I have to make a payment?
If you have a balance, or there is activity on your account, you will receive a statement from us each month which details the contractual minimum monthly payment required from you. You will need to make this payment by the payment due date.
You can always make an extra payments if you wish, which helps clear your balance faster
