Signing in with your ShopRunner User Name and Password will ensure eligible items in your cart receive FREE 2-Day shipping.

Why didn’t all of my items qualify for ShopRunner shipping?

It is likely that your cart contained an item that was ineligible and did not qualify for free shipping. You will be charged a separate shipping fee for ineligible items. These items will ship separately from your ShopRunner qualified items. Be sure to look for the ShopRunner logo next to a product listing. This logo means the item will qualify for FREE 2-Day Shipping.

When can I expect to receive my items?

ShopRunner offers 2-Day shipping on all eligible items. Both ShopRunner and Fanatics are committed to do our best to ensure that product is delivered within 2 days from the time the order is placed

Certain factors can result in longer delivery times; including the time of day you place the order. There are store shipping “cut-off” times each day. Orders received before store cut-off times are shipped that day. Orders shipped after cut-off times are shipped out the next day. Transit time does not begin until your order ships from our facility and is calculated by business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
