Register your YETI products and receive a free gift from YETI . Simply complete the form below and provide the 12-digit serial number located on your products.

If you’re signed into your account, just head on over to Profile, which is located below My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Status Form or by logging in to your account. Please keep in mind that customized products will ship separately and may occur in multiple shipments.

What is a serial number and where can I find it on my yeti?

Your YETI product has a small sticker with a 12-digit serial number and QR code. It’s out of plain sight, but easy to find. This will be different from the product UPC code that starts in either “8888” or “100”. Once a product has been registered on YETI.com, you can remove it from your YETI.

Can I purchase a Yeti gift card?

YETI Gift Cards are not available for purchase at this time.

YETI Gift Cards are only available as replacement options for customers who have returned their recalled Hopper M20, Hopper M30 (1.0 and 2.0), and SideKick Dry Gear Case as part of our Voluntary Product Safety Recall.

Your YETI gift card can be used by anyone who has access to the gift card number and pin number. Please only share these numbers with someone who is authorized to use the gift card.

How can I use my gift card at checkout?

After you have entered your shipping address, select “Redeem Gift Card.” Please enter your gift card number and gift card pin, then click “Add gift card.” If there is remaining balance, you will have the option to add a credit card or an additional gift card.
