To activate your new Simple Mobile SIM Card, login into www.simplemobile.com/activate and select “ACTIVATE” from the options provided. Select the type of device are you going to activate – I Have a Simple Mobile Phone or I’m Bringing My Own Smartphone or I Have Other Devices

You may also activate using the SIMPLE Mobile Automated Assistant, just select “Activate Now” .
1. Select “ACTIVATE” from our website and follow the instructions to Activate your Simple Mobile.
2. Simply go to our website at www.simplemobile.com/activate and select “ACTIVATE” from the options provided.
3. Select the type of device are you going to activate – I Have a Simple Mobile Phone or I’m Bringing My Own Smartphone or I Have Other Devices
4. Now Press Continue by selecting the right option.
5. Enter your device’s IMEI/MEID/Serial Number and accept the Terms and Conditions. (You can find the IMEI/MEID/Serial Number on the red Activation card that came with the device)
6. Now select the Plan you want to use and Press Continue.
7. Now enter your Device details.
8. Finalize the process and select Activate.
9. The Phone will be activated. In most areas, your service will be Active instantly. In some other areas, it may take up to 24 hours.
How do I add funds to my account?

- By calling 611 from a SIMPLE Mobile
- By calling our Customer Care Center at 1-877-878-7908.
- By paying at an authorized SIMPLE Mobile dealer.

Where can I find my phone’s Serial Number?
- From the main screen, tap the “Phone” icon
- If necessary, tap the “Dial pad” icon
- Enter the phone number of the first person you would like to call, then tap the “Phone” icon to place the call
- Once the call is connected, tap “Add call” icon.
- Enter the phone number of the second person you would like to call. Then, tap the “Phone” icon to place the call. The first call willl be placed on hold.
- Once the second call is connected, both calls will appear on the screen. Tap “Merge.”
- To end the call, tap the “End conference” icon at the bottom of the screen.
To place a 3-way call from a landline, follow these steps:
- Dial the phone number of the first person you would like to call.
- Once the first call is connected, place the call on hold by pressing the FLASH key.Note: If your phone does not have a FLASH key, quickly press and release the switch hook to place the call on hold.
- Dial the phone number of the second person you would like to call.
- Once the second call is connected, press the FLASH key again to join the two calls.
