Quick pay Kerala property tax online on Sanchaya portal

Step 1 : Go to tax.lsgkerala.gov.in, the official portal for paying Kerala property taxes.

Step 2 : The second step is to consider your alternatives. To pay for a property in Kerala using “quick pay,” you’ll need to provide information such as the district, local body (municipality, corporation, gram panchayat, etc.).

How to pay ?

1) Login e-Services.

2) Go to New Request and select Land Tax option

3) Fill all necessary details.

4) Click the View and Add button and make sure the details are correct

5) Click to submit the request.

6) Approval Message will be sent to the registered mobile after verification of the submissions

7) After receiving approval message, Log in and select My Request.

8) Click the Pay Now button.

9) You can download the receipt after paying the amount.

10) To pay taxes in subsequent years, after signing in, select Transaction History menu, click the Pay Now button

How to Apply ?

1) Login e-Services

2) Go to New Request and select LRM (Resurvey Correction)

3) Select the type of request

4) Fill all necessary details (mandatory information are marked with *)

5) Click Save & Forward to submit the request
