The Neighbours’ Club is simple to join. You can join the Neighbours Club at any Tractor Supply or Petsense location, at NeighborsClub.com, or through the Tractor Supply app.

How does it work?

Neighbor’s Club members earn points for eligible purchases and enjoy exclusive offers and benefits; 500 points earns a $5 Reward to spend at Tractor Supply or Petsense. Once you’re a member, you start earning points on your eligible purchases. Whether you’re making a purchase in-store at TSC or Petsense, or online at TractorSupply.com or with the TSC app, all you have to do to earn points is provide your phone number or scan your loyalty bar code.

How do I get a Birthday Gift?

You can change your birth month and day in Neighbor’s Club by logging in on the website or using the mobile app. Your Birthday Gift will be available in your Wallet and sent to you via email on the first day of your birthday month. It is available for use throughout the month

How do I redeem a Birthday Gift?

Neighbor’s Club members who have provided their birth month and day are eligible to redeem one Birthday Gift per year during the month of their birthday. To redeem in store, open the Wallet in the TSC App, find the Birthday Gift offer and show the barcode to the cashier. You can also show the Birthday Gift email to the cashier, or simply ask the cashier to look up your eligible rewards. To redeem online at TractorSupply.com, add items to your cart, open Wallet and apply the Birthday Gift offer to your transaction before completing your order.

How do I get access to my rewards and benefits?

All of your Neighbor’s Club rewards and benefits are available online and in your Wallet in the app. For online orders at TractorSupply.com, apply reward and benefit certificates to your order before completing your order. For in store purchases at Tractor Supply and Petsense, open the Wallet in the TSC App, find the reward or benefit certificate and show the barcode to the cashier, or ask the cashier to look up your eligible rewards

How can I get a TSC Visa Card if I already have a TSC Store Credit Card?

Current TSC Store Credit Cardholders may call the number on the back of their card to close their current account and then reapply for the TSC Visa Card at any Tractor Supply store or at TractorSupply.com. New applications and the choice between a TSC Visa Card and a TSC Store Card are subject to credit approval.

How do I earn points?

Members earn points for purchases at a Tractor Supply or Petsense store, online at TractorSupply.com and Petsense.com or in the TSC App. Simply provide your phone number or scan your loyalty barcode in the TSC App at the register or log into your online or app account before making a purchase.

Certain items are excluded from earning points, such as gift cards, tax, discounts, shipping/delivery, returns, donations, PetVet Services, Pet Prescriptions, Power Plus warranties, assembly services, purchases made using a reward certificate, purchases made prior to becoming a member, or any compensated portions of a purchase.

Where can I earn points?

You can earn points in any TSC channel where you make purchases: in store, online, in the app, or by contacting Customer Solutions.

How many points will I earn?

Neighbors earn one point per dollar spent on all Net Qualifying Purchases at a Tractor Supply or Petsense store, online at TractorSupply.com and Petsense.com or in the TSC App. Simply provide your phone number at the register, or log into your online or app account before making a purchase.

If you are a Preferred Neighbor, a Preferred Plus Neighbor or a TSC Credit Cardholder, you’ll earn points faster:

• Preferred Neighbors earn 1.5 points per dollar spent
• Preferred Plus Neighbors earn 2 points per dollar spent
• Preferred Plus Neighbors who use their TSC Credit Card earn 5 points per dollar spent when using standard financing (that’s 5% in rewards); 2 points per dollar spent when using any other payment type

In addition, certain limited-time promotions may be offered for Net Qualifying Purchases that may enable members to receive additional points or multiplied points. For such promotions, the additional 3 points per dollar earned by using the TSC Credit Card will not be multiplied.

Rewards

What are rewards?

Rewards are certificates that can be redeemed for products or services at a Tractor Supply or Petsense store, online at TractorSupply.com or in the TSC App. Rewards are issued in increments of $10 (1,000 points) and members can change their amount in their online profile. All members may choose to have rewards issued in $5 (500 points) increments and Preferred Plus Neighbors may also select an increment of $20 (2,000 points).

Where can I find my rewards?

With Neighbor’s Club, you can find your rewards in multiple places: in your Wallet when you sign in to your Neighbor’s Club account, in your email (we send you a reward email every time you earn), and you can always ask a Team Member in store, at the register or with a mobile device, if you have rewards available.

When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards are available 15 days after you reach the points threshold for your selected reward amount. For example, if you have a total of 525 points and you’ve selected a $5 Reward in your profile, you’ll receive a $5 Reward 15 days after reaching that threshold, 500 points.

How will I receive my rewards?

Once you have earned a reward, it will be sent to you via email. It will also be available in your Wallet when you sign into your Neighbor’s Club account or you can ask a Team Member in store to apply it to your purchase.

Can I change the amount of my reward?

You can change your reward issuance amount by updating your online profile. The default Reward is $10 (1,000 points); you can choose $5 (500 points) as well. Preferred Plus Neighbors can also choose the $20 (2,000 point) Reward option.

How do I redeem rewards?

You can redeem rewards a few different ways: Online at TractorSupply.com by applying the reward in your Wallet to your cart; in store, by showing the reward to the cashier from the TSC App or showing the email with the reward. You can also ask a Team Member if you have rewards available, and they can apply the reward to your in-store purchase at Tractor Supply or Petsense. Members enrolling in Neighbor’s Club online must log into their online account using the same email address used to register before redeeming rewards online.
