To activate your TXU Reward Card, login at https://login.mypaymentvault.com/activate or Call 1-888-507-7333. Input the card number that displays on the front of your card and the security code that displays on the back.
It’s nice to get cash back for something you do every day. That’s why TXU Energy plans are created that pay cash back. When you sign up for one, you can get back a percent of the money you spend on electricity depending on the plan. A prepaid cash card will be mailed to your home or business.

The Cash Back Loyalty Reward card is blue and says ‘Cash Back Loyalty Reward’. The Welcome Bonus and Renewal Bonus cards are green and say either ‘Welcome Bonus’ or ‘Renewal Bonus’.

Remember: It’s important to know your reward card balance. If your purchase is more than your card balance, you’ll need to pay the difference first with another form of payment and then use your reward card to pay the remainder.

What is the Cash Back Loyalty Reward Card, and how often do I get a new card?
You’re on a plan that includes a cash back reward. As long as your account is current on a qualifying plan, you’ll get a prepaid card at the beginning of the year based on the amount of electricity you purchased during the previous year. If you don’t receive your card by the end of February, call 888-507-7333.
Your reward is based on the percentage of the electricity you purchased (excluding tax) during the previous year on your cash back plan. The percentage of your reward is printed on the mailer that came with the card
You will be prompted to select and retain a PIN when you activate the card. However, you may select “Credit” or “Debit” when making purchases. If you select Credit, you’ll be asked for your signature. If you select Debit, you’ll be asked to enter your PIN.
Where can I use my Cash Back Loyalty Reward Card?
Your Mastercard prepaid card is accepted anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Your card can be used only up to the balance on your reward card. You can check your balance by calling the phone number on the back of the card. If your purchase amount is greater than the balance on your card, you’ll need to use the reward card first then use another form of payment to pay the difference.
