United Healthcare OTC Catalog Walmart
You can create a Walmart.com account and add your United Healthcare OTC Network card to your wallet or enter your OTC Network card as a payment method during check-out.
To create a Walmart.com account, follow these five quick steps:
• Select the Account button in the upper-right corner of Walmart.com
• Click Create an Account
• Enter your name and email address on the sign-up screen
• Create a password and confirm it
• Select Create Account

How do I know if I have enough funds to complete my purchase?
For balance inquiries you can use any of the following: OTC Network member portal, OTC Network mobile app, or call the number on the back of your OTC Network card.
If your card is saved to your Walmart.com account, the balance will reflect in your Wallet.
Why is my purchase ineligible?

Can I use my OTC Network card to cover shipping, pickup, or delivery fees?
OTC Network balances cannot be used to cover shipping or order minimum fees. Fees apply to some methods, and you can see any fees from your cart.
Pickup: Pick up is free, no order minimums ($6.99 fee for pickup orders under $35 which include perishable items. No fee for Walmart+ members.).
Delivery from store: $7.95/$9.95 delivery fee applies. Delivery is free for Walmart+ members with orders over $35.
Shipping: Most orders over $35 ship for free, and for Walmart+ members, the $35 minimum basket is waived. A shipping fee may be applied on orders that don’t reach the $35 order minimum, or require specialty shipping methods.
Express delivery: $10 Express fee applies to all orders. $7.95/$9.95 delivery fee applies. Delivery fee waived for Walmart+ members with orders over $35.
