Wawa Gift Card Balance Check
To check your Wawa Gift Card Balance, your card must have a scratch-off pin number. If your card does not have a pin, please visit a Wawa location to check your balance.
Balance inquiries can be performed using one of the following methods:
- On the web at Check My Balance via the Wawa web page.
- Call the Wawa Gift Card Hotline at 1-877-217-5366
If you are a Wawa Rewards account holder your registered gift card balance will be updated shortly after every transaction. This can be viewed on WawaRewards.com and/or in the Wawa mobile app.
To register and activate your Wawa Rewards Card, Navigate to the Apple App Store/Google Play Store (based on your device) and download the app. Once the app is downloaded on your device, access it and click “Register Now”.
This is a free program offered to our customers to earn and redeem rewards, place mobile orders (with the Wawa app), manage purchase history and Wawa Gift Card balances.
How do I enroll in the Wawa Rewards Program?
It’s easy! Follow the steps below to get enrolled. (NOTE: How you enroll doesn’t limit you to the ways in which you access your account).
- Wawa app: Navigate to the Apple App Store/Google Play Store (based on your device) and download the app. Once the app is downloaded on your device, access it and click “Register Now”. Then follow the page-by-page instructions to complete your registration and access the account.
- WawaRewards.com: Click “Sign Up Now” and follow the page-by-page instructions to complete your registration and access your account.

All year long, you’ll still enjoy exclusive Bonus Rewards and promotions. Plus, we may surprise you on your birthday when you add your birthday to your profile!
You can register up to five Wawa Gift Cards to your Wawa Rewards account. Eligible purchases from all your registered Wawa Gift Cards will be counted towards your earned points total.
How can I reload the Wawa Gift Card(s) on my account?
Wawa app:
From the home screen, tap open the menu icon on the upper left, select “View Profile,” then “Manage Gift Cards.” From here, you can select the card you’d like to reload.
WawaRewards.com:
After logging in, click on the “Wawa Gift Cards” tab, then click on “Reload Wawa Gift Card” on the right. You will have the option to reload once or set up automatic reloads when your card balance drops below a specific amount.
In Store:
If you’re holding the physical gift card, you can have the card reloaded at the register.
A Wawa Gift Card that has been deleted from an account can be re-registered to the same account. Gift cards that have been registered to your Wawa Rewards account are unable to be registered to any other Wawa Rewards account.
How do I change the email address on my Wawa Rewards account?
Wawa app:
Tap open the menu icon on the upper left, and select “View Profile,” then “Edit Personal Information,” then “Edit Email.” Enter the new email address and tap “Save.” We will send you a verification email to this new address. Be sure to open that email, click the “Verify My Email” button, and you’re all set!
WawaRewards.com:
Login to your account using your current email address. Hover over the welcome message in the upper right corner (“Welcome [Your First Name]”) then click on “My Account” to visit your Profile Info. Replace the old email address with the new email address and click “Save”. A verification email will be sent to your new email address. Open the message in your email account, click on the “Verify My Email” button, and you’re all set!
