Credit One Bank offer several payment options to make paying your bill easy.
To make a payment on our website or mobile app:
- Sign in to your account. Click “Pay Bill.”
- Choose Standard Payment or Express Payment and follow the prompts to complete your payment. A fee may apply.
To set up AutoPay:
- Sign in to your account. Click “Pay Bill.”
- Next to AutoPay, click “Set Up.”
- Follow the prompts to set up automatic payments.
To make a payment over the phone:
- 1-877-825-3242 (toll-free, TDD/TTY).
- 1-702-405-2042 (outside the U.S.).

How does the bank account verification process work?
Can I schedule a payment for a future date?
Yes. You can schedule a payment up to 30 days in the future using your checking or savings account with the Standard Payment option online.
To schedule a payment up to 30 days in the future using a debit/ATM card you must call Customer Service at 877-825-3242.
Note that you can only have one pending future-dated payment at any given time.

How do I set up Online Account Access?
If you’re a first-time user, you can create an account after you receive your card by setting up Online Account Access.
- To protect the security of your account, first verify your identity by entering your credit card number, expiration date, security code, and your Social Security number.
- Enter your name and email address, then choose a username and password for your account. (Note: Your username is case sensitive.)
- Select your security questions and enter an answer for each. These security questions will be used to further protect your personal account information.
- Review all of the information you provided and, if it is correct, click “Submit.”
- You may now sign in to your account.
