“Google Gravity” isn’t a setting you turn on; it’s a browser experiment (Easter egg) that makes the Google search page collapse and fall to the bottom of your screen as if affected by gravity.
Here is how to activate it:
Method 1: The “I’m Feeling Lucky” Trick (Desktop)
This is the classic way to access it.
-
Go to https://www.google.com/search?q=Google.com.
-
Type
Google Gravityinto the search bar. -
Do not press Enter. Instead, look for the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button and click it.
-
Note: If you don’t see the button immediately, try typing it in and hovering over the suggestions, or simply use Method 2.
-
-
The page will load, and once you move your mouse, the entire interface (search bar, logo, buttons) will crash down.

Method 2: Direct Link (Mobile or Desktop)
If the trick above doesn’t work (or if you are on a phone where the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button is hard to find), you can go directly to the site hosting the experiment.

What can you do once it’s active?
-
Throw things: You can click and drag the Google logo or search bar and “throw” them around the screen.
-
Actually Search: Surprisingly, the search bar still works. If you type a search term and hit enter, the search results will fall from the sky and pile up on top of the other debris.
