Step-by-Step Guide to Activate Your Card & Log In

1. Visit the MyDashCard Website or App

   • Go to mydashcard.com/login to access the login page.

   • Alternatively, you can download and use the MyDashCard app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Enable JavaScript

   • If you’re accessing via web, ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser—it’s required for the site to function properly.

3. Activate Your Card

   • On the activation screen (if prompted), you’ll typically be asked to provide:

     • Your 13-digit Proxy Number,

     • An Access Code (often the last 4 digits of your ZIP code), and

     • Your email address.

   • These are usually sent to you via email or text if you’re part of a program like PC CARES.

   • Click “VALIDATE CARD” to proceed.

4. Set Up Account Details

   • Once validated:

     • Update your contact information,

     • Create a new password (must be at least 12 characters, include a capital letter and a special character), and

     • Save your password for future use.

5. Complete 2-Step Verification

   • You’ll be prompted to verify your account via a text or email code. Follow the instructions to finalize verification.

6. Agree to Terms & Conditions

   • You’ll need to view and accept the full Terms & Conditions before continuing.

7. Access Your Card

   • After completion, you’ll be able to:

     • View your card balance,

     • Access card details, and

     • Use your card for online or in-store purchases (including loading into Apple Wallet or Google Pay).

8. Log In

   • Visit the login page again, enter your registered email and password, and click “LOG IN” to access your account.
