You may receive your unique code in one of three ways:

📧 Email – Look for a message from BankMobile or your school’s financial aid office containing the code.
📬 Mail – A green envelope with the code could arrive at your home address on file.
📲 On-demand – If you didn’t get it, visit RefundSelection.com and click “I need a code” / “Need A Code?”. You’ll be asked for your school name, student ID (often including an “@” prefix), and school email. This will trigger a new code via email.

Enter your personal code
Complete any additional verification (usually your school ID, birth date, or secret question)
Choose your refund option:
- Direct deposit to your own bank — usually takes 1–2 business days
- BankMobile Vibe account — typically same‑day if identity is verified
- Paper check — if offered by your school

Use the “Need A Code” feature if you never got one — that’s what it’s for.
