If you cannot remember your User ID or password, you have the following options:

1. Retrieve User ID via SMS:

• Send an SMS: From your registered mobile number, send the message KL USR to 166, 51969, or 9223166166.

• Receive Your User ID: You will receive an SMS with your User ID.

2. Reset Password via SMS:

• Send an SMS: From your registered mobile number, send the message KL USR RST <UserID> <DOB> to 166, 51969, or 9223166166.

  • Example: KL USR RST aniltvm 16041983

• Receive New Password: Your new password will be a combination of the first six characters of your User ID followed by your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.

  • Example: aniltv16041983

• Visit the Login Page: Go to the KPSC Thulasi login page.

• Click ‘Forgot Password?’: On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

• Enter Required Details: Provide your User ID, Date of Birth, and ID Proof details.

• Submit: Click on the “Reset” button to receive a new password.
